Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We do offer free shipping in most cases. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products will not be showing the shipping time, this depends on where you are and where the product will be made. We offer various shipping methods to choose from, each with its own delivery timeframe. 
 - If you can’t find any shipping options, then there is only one shipping option, usually a free one.

 -Always feel free to contact us for any inquiries about your orders and we will be happy to help.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Make sure with your address receives large-size packages. 
We will not refund any amount if an order gets sent back to us because of such issues. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address they’ve given to us is correct and ready to receive shipments. 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Aesthete is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. We are currently not obligated to charge taxes on our products as per the rules in Saudi Arabia. This is because we are still a very small business, not yet reaching the minimum amount of profit that requires us to collect any taxes.

6. Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis but bear no responsibility once the shipment is with the third-party fulfillment company.

7. Third-party Fulfillment: We employ third-party fulfillment companies to handle the shipping process. While we ensure that all products are flawless before handing them over, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered without delay or damage, as we do not control the quality of the delivery process. Any inquiries or concerns regarding shipment should be directed to the respective shipping company using the information provided in the shipping confirmation. 

8. Returns Policy: Our return policy lasts for seven days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns Policy for more detailed information on how to proceed.
