Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Return Period: Customers have a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. You must contact us within this time frame to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and it must be returned within the same period that it took for the customer to receive it (e.g., if delivered in 5 days, it must be returned within 5 days).

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital Paintings

•Limited-Edition Products

• Custom-Made Products

4. One Return Per Receipt: A limit of one return is permitted per receipt.

5. Exchanges: Exchange is possible in some cases: If the product is defected or there is an issue with the quality. All non-personalised products can be exchanged for any reason within 10 days. We currently do not offer exchanges for personalised products. Customers should not hesitate to contact us at satisfaction@the-aesthete.art if there are any issues with the product they received, even if an exchange is not possible, we will find a way to help to ensure that the customer is satisfied  

6. Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed once the product has been delivered back to us and has been inspected. The customer is responsible for any additional return charges. Refunds do not include taxes, fees, duties, or delivery charges. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied. The return address depends on where it was shipped from.

7. Right to Refuse Returns: The Aesthete reserves the right to refuse any return requests at its sole discretion. 

8. Contacting Us for Returns: If you need to initiate a return, please contact us as soon as possible at shipping@the-aesthete.art. Detailed instructions for the return process will be provided.

9. Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or mentioned above in this policy cannot be returned. All personalized items are final sale items. 

10. Payment Method: Your refund will be return by the same payment method used to buy the order. Any currency fluctuations will be applied.

11. Alterations to the Policy: This policy may be altered at any time at the discretion of The Aesthete. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
